We have reviewed the consultant's response to our comments for the proposed Anjuman-E- Burhani Community Complex and we offer the following: 1) The collected data from the Kirkland site shall be coupled with other local or national data to validate the weekday trip generation value of 8-17 peak hour trips. Data should support that, outside Ramadan, typical weekday evening peak period trips are equivalent to 50-75% of the trips for a Sunday prayer and community event. 2) Consider other sites’ characteristics such as square footage, number of parking spaces, and/or number of membership. If counts are available from other sites, i.e. similar sites that performed counts as part of a traffic impact analyses, please use that to inform the trip generation values generated from the Kirkland site. These items would help provide context for the application location and the estimated peak hour value. Felix
