Services include: • Check-in for meetings • Providing a wide array of resource information to customers • Responding to citywide phone call and e-mail requests • Managing online and over the counter service requests • Cashiering • Business licensing • Notary services • Receiving deliveries, packages and mail • Receiving plans and bid documents • Receiving public records requests • Checking-in and queuing Development Services customers • Distributing employment and volunteer information • Distributing checks to vendors • Selling King County pet licenses • Distributing contractor pay estimates • Lost and found • Connecting customers with other community services Online Service Requests– “Your Redmond” App and Portal In concert with the new service center, a new online customer service request and management system called “Your Redmond” is now available. The one-stop portal enables people to easily enter service and information requests. An extensive knowledge base enables customers to readily find answers to frequently asked questions. More complex questions and specific service requests are routed automatically, with follow up actions and status reports generated to keep the customer informed. Download the app today! Residents, businesses, contractors and others conducting business with City staff now have easy access to meeting spaces and eliminate the need for staff to escort visitors to upper floors for their meetings. The additional conference rooms also address the need for larger meeting spaces at City Hall. One of the rooms is able to accommodate meetings, events and trainings for up to 50 attendees. Currently, the Council Chambers is the only room that can accommodate this growing need. Construction is complete, just a small number of punch-list items remain to be addressed.
