September 27, 2017 Narrative of changes to Traffic & Parking Plans: Willow’s Preparatory School - PREP CUP & SEP The location of one of the parent pick-up & drop-off areas was located in the same location as a Fire lane. The proposed revision to resolve this is to relocate the pick-up and drop-off area (clouded & noted on the drawings in blue) in a location where there are 12 existing parking stalls, outside of the Fire lane. We will sign this area as “no-parking” during pick-up & drop-off times of the day, approximately two 1 hour time periods. The rest of the day the 12 parking stalls will be available to use for parking. The location and design of the pick-up and drop-off areas have been the same since PREP was approved. This correction was noted by Fire reviewer in our 2nd round of CCR permit corrections which we received Sept. 19, 2017. We have subtracted the 12 existing stalls from our parking totals. We are still well above the minimum required stalls which are 66 for CUP and 50 for the new classroom building. Our total stall count after the construction of the new classroom building will be 357 stalls. Revisions are clouded and made to: CUP sheets A0.0, T2.0 & T3.0 SEP sheets A0.0, T5.0 & T5.2. Thank you.
