Zapata Subject: Tom Short Duplex Appeal Importance: High Steve, I have been informed via the email below that the City has withdrawn its decision to deny the deviation, and that the Technical Committee will reconsider the application at the meeting scheduled for April 19. I have several potential concerns with this recent development that I would like to discuss with you as soon as possible. My thought is that discussing these concerns now may avoid further complications down the road. Is there a time today that we can have a brief phone conference? Regards, Samuel A.
