Appellant's Exhibit 40 (as referenced in June 30, 2017 Appellant WPDC Cleveland LLC's Witness and Exhibit List) ---PAGE BREAK--- Laing, Aaron M. Sean Miller <[EMAIL REDACTED]> Wednesday, January 04, 2017 8:57 PM Cameron A. Zapata Jozanne Moe Re; Origins BLDG-2016-09802 From: Sent: To: Cc: Subject: Thank you Cameron. I can have my architect redraft the drawing only showing the interior modification tomorrow if it would help expedite the process. Would this be preferable? The application was intended to be for the interior with only replacing doors and windows on the exterior. Our current bid for the doors and windows is for $42,000, would this be considered a major improvement? I plan to submit a second set of plans to show a minor exterior update if needed. We plan to replace the rusted metal trim and skim coat the exterior to clean it up. I anticipate the cost to be 5-7K. Thank you again for your call and help. Please let me know the best and most expedite way to move forward. Best regards. Please see the attached impact fee estirpate The exterior improvements can be a separate permit, however the drawings will be required to be updated to only reflect the interior improvements. An issues matrix will be sent to you by Jozanne Moe (plans examiner) once all reviewers have completed their review and this comment will be included in the matrix. We had also discussed that the exterior work will require to go through the Design Review Board, I have attached the application and schedule to this email for your reference.
