EFFECIVE 1/1/2009 {Note 2} Depreciation Rate Surcharge (DRS): The DRS charge shall be collected at the time of sale of water meter or side sewer permits and shall be collected for each meter and side sewer connection. The charge is based on the water meter size for all classes of use. The City supplies meters up to 2” in size. Applicants requiring larger must purchase City approved meter. technology surcharge will be applied in addition to the listed fee as authorized by Ordinance No. 2090, and extended permanently by Resolution No. 1162 on December 3, 2002; revised by Resolution No. 1190 effective July 1, 2024; revised by Resolution No. 1577 effective February 1, 2024.
