BEFORE THE HEARING EXAMINER FOR CITY OF REDMOND In the Matter of the Appeal of ) Appeal Nos. LAND-2017-00348 ) LAND-2018-00701 Eugene Zakhareyev and ) Susan Wilkins ) ) of the March 9, 2017 SEPA ) Determination of Non-Significance ) ) and the Appeal of ) ) Eugene Zakhareyev ) ORDER ACKNOWLEDGING ) WITHDRAWAL AND DISMISSING of the June 12, 2018 approval ) APPEAL Site Plan Entitlement (LAND-2013-00171) ) for the Anjuman-e-Burhani Mosque ) at 15252 NE 51st Street, Redmond ) The City’s Hearing Examiner scheduled the above-captioned appeals to be heard on September 10, 2018. On July 20, 2018, Susan Wilkins notified the Examiner that she was withdrawing her appeal of the determination of non-significance. On August 6, 2018, J. Richard Aramburu, counsel for Eugene Zakhareyev in Appeal No. LAND-2018-00701, notified counsel for the City and the Applicant that Mr. Zakhareyev intends to withdraw his appeal of the determination of non-significance and to proceed only with the appeal of the site plan entitlement. Mr. Aramburu's email to that effect was forwarded to the Examiner. It is therefore ordered that Appeal No. LAND-2017-00348 (SEPA-2017-00172) is dismissed. Appeal No. LAND-2018-00701 (LAND-2013-00171) will proceed in accordance with the schedule set forth in the Order Setting Hearing and Pre-Hearing Schedule issued July 16, 2018. Ordered August 7, 2018.
