Carol--this is to confirm our earlier discussion. Because of traffic system improvements previously made by Town Center, transportation impact fees will not be required for the Bon Marche building permit. Also, because of the valuation of the open space dedication at Town Center, Park impact fees will not be required. Fire Impact Fees are required for this project.
