Fees established and adopted under 1364. Beginning Jan. 2, 2025, the City of Redmond will charge a 2.99% service fee for credit and debit card payments made online and in person. GENERAL NOTES The City supplies meters up to 2” in size. Applicants requiring larger must purchase City approved meter. Redmond Municipal Code, Title 13, Chapter 13.08 Installing & Connecting Water Service: Note Regional Water Connection Charge (CWA): There is established a regional water connection charge which is imposed upon all owners of real property seeking to connect said property and improvements to the City water system. EFFECIVE 1/1/2009 Note Water System Disruption Credit: Are maximum credits for the value of hydrants, transmission and distribution mains, and pump facilities constructed with the project. WATER SYSTEM DISTRUBUTION CREDIT *Total water system improvements cost less any reimbursement agreement repayment amounts. Water system improvements consist of hydrants, transmission and distribution mains, and pump facilities that become part of the City-owned and operated system. No credit is provided for water meters and services, private fire systems, etc.. Actual credit is not to exceed maximum distribution credit allowed as stated on the fee table.
