Page 1 of 2 CITY OF REDMOND APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR: HISTORIC LANDMARK NOMINATION An appointment must be scheduled to submit your application to the Permit Center. Please call [PHONE REDACTED] to schedule your appointment. Applications delivered by courier or by mail will not be accepted. Failure to include all items will result in the application being deemed incomplete and will not be reviewed until complete. Please note that the submittal requirements below may change periodically. These submittal requirements are dated June, 2006. I. PURPOSE The Landmark Nomination application is meant to assist in preparing a nomination for review by the Historic Landmark Commission. II. APPLICABILITY/REVIEW PROCESS The Landmark Nomination process is established to ensure that historic properties meet the criteria for nomination to the Redmond Historic Landmark Register. It also makes available incentives for the purposes of preservation or restoration once the nomination is approved. The Historic Landmark decision is made after a hearing is held by the Historic Landmarks Commission. For information concerning the process and the criteria that applies refer to RCDG Section 20F.40.85. III. GENERAL The applicant shall check each item below to confirm these items are included in the application submittal package: o A. Completed General Application Form. o B. Completed Landmark Nomination Form o C. Photographs of current condition and, if possible, historic photos. (This requirement may be waived if such photos exist on file in the survey and inventory file of the City. o D. Vicinity map with labeled streets and north arrow on an 8 ½” x 11 sheet of paper o E.
