From: Freitag, Ivy <[EMAIL REDACTED]> Sent: Friday, May 26, 2017 12:03 PM To: Heather Maiefski Subject: RE: City of Redmond SEPA-2017-00237 Puget Sound Emergency Response Network Thank you for the opportunity to comment on SEPA-2017-00237, the proposal for a new 170’ monopole and associated equipment to provide emergency radio communications to reach and coordinate with emergency responders located at 10365 172nd Ave NE, Redmond (Parcel [PHONE REDACTED]). I have reviewed the associated project documents, the indicated parcels, and reviewed our files and database concerning historic and cultural resources. I reviewed the SEPA Checklist and found that the answers to Question 13 should be revised on page 23 and 24 of the documents package. While the description notes that only those “listed on, proposed for, or eligible for listing on or near the site” should be listed, it is still worth noting inventory resources. Additionally, it has been evaluated at the national and state level, but has yet to be evaluated at the local level. • 13(a) The structure has been recorded in the Washington State Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation database as inventory number 675923. The City of Redmond Water Tank was constructed circa 1962. The resources was determined not eligible for the National Register of Historic Places as a result of an assessment in 2014. • *this information was accessed using WISAARD, the state’s database Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
