I will be following up with letter, but I wanted to give you a heads up, sooner, than it will take to get the letter out. For information about what is needed in the Traffic Study, please have your Transportation Engineer contact Min Lou at [PHONE REDACTED], or by email. I cc'd her on this email. For the next Design Review Board meeting, the Board would like to see the lighting fixtures that are proposed as well. Please have your architect provide cut sheets/brochures of the exterior light fixtures plans showing where the fixtures will be- on the building. We will need the detailed cost estimate before going back to the Design Review Board (DRB) also. The next DRB meeting is April 20‘^ We can put on the agenda for that night, if you have the lighting information and detailed cost estimate April 12‘^. Otherwise, the first DRB meeting is May and I will need the information by April 26‘^ Let me know if you have any questions.
