Fair Play Law: The City or any third party that uses city property or facilities, or is required to obtain a permit, license or other form of approval from the City for a community athletics program, or participates in a community athletics program shall not discriminate against any person on the basis of sex or any other basis protected by federal or state law. League Information: • Team registration only. No individual player registration is taken. • Teams will be made up of a maximum of 12 players. • Each team must provide their own uniforms. (T-shirts of same color w/numbers are required). • There will be very limited practice space available through Puyallup Parks & Recreation. • Teams should make every effort to secure their own practice gyms. • Teams will play 9 league games and a league tournament on Saturdays and Sundays. • League games will begin Saturday, December 3rd. • This is a competitive program with no guaranteed playing time rule for players. Registration Information: Registration Dates: October 3 – October 9 City of Puyallup teams October 10 – November 6 Open to all teams until full Team Registration Fee: $575.00 for City of Puyallup teams $635.00 for Non-Resident teams (Price includes the State Sales Tax) Registrations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Space is limited so register early. Teams must submit league registration form, waivers & money at the time of registration to be considered a City of Puyallup team. No spots will be held without payment of league fee and roster. Player waiver forms are attached. A City of Puyallup Team is a team that contains great- er than 50% of their players who reside within the City limits of Puyallup or the team’s registration fee is paid by a City of Puyallup business.
