Failure to appear at a meeting constitutes abandonment and dismissal of the case, unless the applicant shows just cause by reason of illness or health or other emergency within a reasonable time, in writing, and accompanied by new costs for re-advertisement and hearing. All applicants for modifications, co-locates, repairs on EXISTING towers must include the following along with their application: • Completed application • Copy of Secretary of the State of Georgia issued contractor’s license • Stamped Structural Analysis Report • Stamped Plans • Payment ---PAGE BREAK--- Revised 08/03/2022 TELECOMMUNICATIONS FEE SCHEDULE: New tower application fee: $1,000.00 (non-refundable) Permit fee for towers totaling 195’ in height: $2,625.00 Permit fee for towers up to 150’ in height: $10.00 per foot Towers 150’ to 194’ in height: $25.00 per foot after the first 150’ - Example: 175’ tower cost would be $150 plus $625 for the additional 25 feet. Co-locate, modifications, or repairs to existing tower structures; $500.00 Payment is due at time of application submittal.
