COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL INCENTIVE PROGRAM Resolution 3351 The City of Pasco has implemented a program to provide incentives for industrial and commercial development in the area shown on the map below. The incentive is a reimbursement for 1% or 2% of the permitted project value and is capped at no more than 50% of the costs of providing public improvements as required by conditions of a building permit issued by the City. The incentive program requires a minimum private investment of $300,000 for both new development and substantial renovation (“substantial” is defined as improvements greater than 50 percent of the current assessed value of the building). Examples of public improvements are: the installation of sidewalks, installation of ADA accessible ramps, widening of a public roadway, relocation of fire hydrants or extension of water/sewer utilities. This program is not available for properties that are exempt from the payment of property taxes.
