DATE DIGITS ON METER 0 The digit on the far right is stationary and always a zero Customers that use a fire hydrant meter for twelve months or more must return the meter every twelve months (from date of issuance) to the Public Works Shop for validating the meter and annual maintenance. There is a $50 per day charge past anniversary date. Billing card must be received by 5:00 pm on the 20th of each month or the meter will be estimated. Failure to return the card on time may result in termination of the meter rental.
