Referrals sent to agencies Notice mailed to adjacent property owners, sign posted at the site and in THE FLUME Staff report/Referral Response are mailed to Planning Commission, applicant and Landowner Planning Commission hears the application proposal and makes a recommendation to the BOCC (Meeting minutes and decision posted on website) Staff report/Referral Response and Planning Commission resolution are mailed to BOCC, applicant and Landowner Board of County Commissioners hears the application proposal and makes a decision to approve or deny, meeting minutes and decision posted on website If application is approved by BOCC, a resolution will be approved on the BOCC consent agenda. The resolution will be recorded at the Park County clerk and recorders office Applicant/Landowner after compliance with approved BOCC conditions may begin the building permit process.
