The workshop will be held on Monday, April 2 from 6 to 8 pm at the Antelope Valley Transit Authority offices, located at 42210 6th St. West in Lancaster. “Measure the L.A. County Traffic Improvement Plan was a half-cent sales tax measure to raise funds for transportation which was approved by the voters in 2016.
