WHEN: Wednesday, June 20, 2018, 3 pm WHERE: 1125 W Rancho Vista Blvd # C (next to Chipotle and Dickey’s) WHO: Olives Mediterranean Cafè owners and staff; Palmdale Mayor Jim Ledford; members of the City Council; City of Palmdale staff; local chambers of commerce. WHY: To celebrate the grand opening of Palmdale’s newest restaurant. BACKGROUND: Olives Mediterranean Cafè serves classic Mediterranean cuisine including shish kabobs, lamb chops, fresh grape leaves individually wrapped daily, hummus with sautéed mushroom and meat, fluffy falafel, spanakopita, Greek salad and their famous lamb gyros. Their Mediterranean combos are served with hummus, fresh garden salad, rice, grilled tomatoes and peppers.
