FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CITY OF PALMDALE NEWS RELEASE CONTACT: John Mlynar PHONE: 661/267-5115 DATE: February 16, 2017 America’s Job Center of California to Host Job Recruitment for Retirement Home PALMDALE – The America’s Job Center of California (AJCC) (formerly the South Valley WorkSource Center), located at 38510 Sierra Highway in Palmdale, will host a job recruitment for positions at a retirement home on Tuesday, Feb. 21 from 9 to 12 noon. The open positions include caregivers/in-home support, housekeepers, cooks/food prep workers and kitchen aides. First, second and third shifts are available. Positions are located in Lancaster. Salary range is $10.50 to $13 per hour depending on position and experience. Qualified candidates must have a friendly and positive attitude, be able to work in a fast paced environment, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to pass a background check and drug test.
