FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CITY OF PALMDALE NEWS RELEASE CONTACT: John Mlynar PHONE: 661/267-5115 DATE: November 9, 2018 Veterans Day Holiday Closures for City of Palmdale PALMDALE – City of Palmdale administrative and business offices, the Palmdale Playhouse, South Antelope Valley Emergency Services (SAVES), Legacy Commons for Active Seniors, Chimbole Cultural Center and the Palmdale City Library will be closed on Monday, Nov. 12 in observance of Veterans Day. The Library will also be closed on Sunday, Nov. 11. Administrative and business offices will reopen Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 7:30 am. The Palmdale City Library will reopen on Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 10 am. SAVES will reopen on Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 9 am. Legacy Commons will reopen on Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 8 am. Residents may register for Recreation and Culture department programs at www.PlayPalmdale.com, and purchase tickets from the Palmdale Playhouse at www.PalmdalePlayhouse.com 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Parking and administrative citations may be paid online at www.CityofPalmdale.org, 24 hours 7 days a week. The Library’s online services will also be available at www.cityofpalmdale.org/library.
