CITY OF PALMDALE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1431 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALMDALE SUSPENDING ENFORCEMENT OF MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 14.05.030(A)(3), THE REQUIREMENT FOR PROPERTIES WITH SUBSTANDARD LANDSCAPING TO COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE WATER EFFICIENT LANDSCAPE ORDINANCE, FROM SEPTEMBER 1,2012 THROUGH AUGUST 31, 2013 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALMDALE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Palmdale Municipal Code Section 14.05.030(A)(3) is hereby suspended from enforcement from September 1, 2012, through August 31, 2013. All other provisions of the Municipal Code and Zoning Ordinance regarding property maintenance shall remain in force and effect. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and shall cause this ordinance to be published or posted as required by law. PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED 1st day of August, 2012, becoming effective on the 31st day of August 2012, by the following vote: AYES: Ledford, Hofbauer, Lackey, Bettencourt, and Disperiza NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None SI: City APPROVEIYAS TO FORM: Wm.
