FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CITY OF PALMDALE NEWS RELEASE CONTACT: John Mlynar PHONE: 661/267-5115 DATE: August 29, 2018 Fall Storytime Begins at the Palmdale City Library PALMDALE – The Palmdale City Library will begin its fall Storytime session at the Library, located at 700 E. Palmdale Blvd., on Tuesday, Sept. 4 and will run through Friday, Oct. 12, 2018. Preschool Storytime, for children ages 3 to 5, will be held on Tuesdays at 1 pm. Baby Toddler Storytime, for children ages 6 to 36 months, will be held on Wednesdays for two sessions: 9:15 and 10:15 am. Bilingual Storytime sessions, for all ages, will be held on Fridays at 10 am. In addition, Baby Lapsit, for babies ages 0 – 18 months, will be held on Saturdays at 9:30 am “Bring your child to Storytime, where we sing, dance, play, and listen to great stories,” said Library Associate Shay Hawken. “Children can learn and grow in a comfortable, nurturing environment as they have fun and get those wiggles out!” The Palmdale City Library is open seven days a week. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 8 pm; Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm; and Sunday from 1 to 5 pm.
