CITY OF PALMDALE NOTICE OF NONSUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT TO THE CITY’S ONE-YEAR ACTION PLAN FOR FISCAL YEARS 2011-2012, 2012-2013, AND 2013-2014 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to concerned members of the public that the City of Palmdale, California, has amended the 2011-2012, 2012-2013, and 2013-2014 One-Year Action Plan. AMENDMENT The City of Palmdale Neighborhood Services Department has submitted an amendment to increase the amount of funding for the 2013-2014 ADA Facility Improvements activity and decrease the 2011-2012 and 2013-2014 Boulders Electric Infrastructure activities. PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT When a non-substantial change is proposed to any of the programs, projects or activities previously approved by HUD, the public must be notified of the change(s). BENEFIT TO THE CITY The specific purpose of this amendment is to reallocate Community Development Block Grant funds from the 2011-2012 and 2013-2014 Boulders Electric Infrastructure activities to the 2013-2014 ADA Facility Improvements activity. The 2013-2014 ADA Facility Improvements activity project provides improvements including the door access of the City Administrative offices and Council. Improvements of the City facilities are located at 38300 Sierra Highway.
