AC 2014-001 A RESOLUTION OF THE PALMDALE AUDIT COMMITTEE ADOPTING BYLAWS Whereas, the Palmdale City Council established the City of Palmdale Audit Committee to provide a direct link between the auditor of the City’s financial statements and the City Council to facilitate communication between the City Council, auditors and City management staff. Whereas, Palmdale Municipal Code Section 3.05.050 authorizes the Palmdale Audit Committee to adopt Bylaws to facilitate its operations. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Palmdale Audit Committee hereby adopts the Bylaws attached hereto as Exhibit Section 2.
