California by submitting three 3) copies of fully dimensioned scalcd drawings as lollows:. a. A site plan showing the location of the occupant space on the site. b. A dtailcd elevation of the occupant lcae space drawn to scale and showing sign or signs placement iind occupant space width, showing all colors, materials, dimensions and copy. e. Substitutions: All companies bidding to manufacture and install an occupants signs are advised that no substitutes will be accepted by the landlord whatsoever, unless so indicated in the specifications which are approved in writing by the landlord. Sandblasted or painted signs are not permitted. 6. Sign Size: Tenants signs shall be limited to one square foot ofsignage per one(lj foot of linear frontage of the tenant lease Space. Tenants on each end of the building shall be allowed an additional sign on the side street frontage elevation and shall be limited to one (l)square foot ofsignage per linear side of tease space. a, Sign Height: Primary Sign maximum sign height shalt he 24" for the pnmary name with a 36' logo element.
