Avenue S at Parkwood Drive and at The Groves Intermittent lane closures for Traffic signal conduit installation. 22nd Street East between Avenue Q-6 to Palmdale Blvd. Intermittent lane and shoulder closures for street improvements. Division Street and Palmdale Country Club neighborhood - Various Streets Southern California Edison installing multiple underground structures and conduits for circuit upgrades. 25th Street West and Redington Street Intermittent lane and shoulder closures for Landscape Assessment District Improvements Avenue R and 40th Street East Intermittent lane and shoulder closures for the Guidance Charter School utility installation and street improvements. Expect delays. STREET CLOSURE WITH DETOUR 35th East will be closed to through traffic between Avenue Q-10 and Palmdale Blvd. beginning Monday, March 27 This will be a street closure with a detour in place. Work is being done for the installation of water, storm drain and street improvements for the new Palmdale Aerospace Academy.
