Form 991 Notice of Maximum Space Rent & Schedule of Mobile Home Space Rents Rev. 07/2025 Mobile Home Rent Control Notice and Schedule of Maximum Space Rent To Be Charged Upon Vacancy Pursuant to 5.44.060 Form 991 is due 5 days after the effective date and requires that each mobile home park owner or operator provide the following information by May 01, 1993 and every 12 months thereafter. If not, the community cannot increase rents for any vacant space. Additionally, post in a conspicuous location in the park, which is accessible to all park residents, a notice setting forth the maximum rent which will be charged for any space in the park which becomes vacant during the noted twelve-month period. Post a copy of this form in a public location and return the original with a photo of posted form in a conspicuous location to: City of Palmdale Department of Housing- Rent Control 38250 Sierra Highway, 2nd Floor Palmdale, CA 93550 661/267-5126 fax 661/267-5155 If the park charges different rents depending upon the type of space or the size of the coach, which occupies the space, park owners must provide the maximum rent for each category.
