CITY OF PALMDALE NOTICE OF NONSUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT TO THE CITY’S ONE-YEAR ACTION PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014-2015 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to concerned members of the public that the City of Palmdale, California, has amended the 2014-2015 One-Year Action Plan. AMENDMENT The City of Palmdale Neighborhood Services Department has submitted an amendment to increase the amount of funding for the 2014-2015 SAVES Courson Warehouse and decrease the 2018-2019 ADA Facility Improvements. PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT When a non-substantial change is proposed to any of the programs, projects or activities previously approved by HUD, the public must be notified of the change(s). BENEFIT TO THE CITY The specific purpose of this amendment is to reallocate Community Development Block Grant funds from the 2018-2019 ADA Facility Improvements activity to the 2014-2015 SAVES Courson Warehouse. The 2014-2015 SAVES Courson Warehouse activity provides improvements including the purchase and installation of freezer, warehouse facility improvements and equipment at the City facility located at 38233 11th Street East, Palmdale.
