FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CITY OF PALMDALE NEWS RELEASE CONTACT: John Mlynar PHONE: 661/267-5115 DATE: June 14, 2018 Murder, Mystery and Mayhem on Tap at Palmdale City Library PALMDALE – The Palmdale City Library’s Mystery Book Discussion Group “Mystery, Murder and Mayhem” will discuss the book Recollections of Murder by David Howard on Wednesday, June 20 at 7 pm at the Chimbole Cultural Center, 38350 Sierra Highway. Recollections of Murder, the first book in Howard's Joe Brandt Thrillers series, is a fast- paced suspense drama with memorable characters, strong conflicts and genuine resonance. Brandt is a conflicted assistant district attorney acting as prosecutor in a high-profile case that could make or break his career. He can relate to his case's only witness, but that resonance could either drive him to victory or bring him crashing down. The Mystery, Murder and Mayhem Mystery Book Discussion Group meets the third Wednesday of the month at 7 pm, at the Larry Chimbole Cultural Center. The group is open to anyone who enjoys a good mystery.
