CITY OF PALMDALE NOTICE OF NONSUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT TO THE CITY’S ONE-YEAR ACTION PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015-2016 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to concerned members of the public that the City of Palmdale, California, has amended the 2015-2016 One-Year Action Plan. AMENDMENT The City of Palmdale Neighborhood Services Department has submitted an amendment to increase the amount of funding for the 2015-2016 Camera and Light Installation at Domenic Massari, William J. McAdam, and Melville J. Courson Parks and decrease the 2015-2016 ADA Compliance -Curb Ramps and Sidewalk Improvements. PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT When a non-substantial change is proposed to any of the programs, projects or activities previously approved by HUD, the public must be notified of the change(s). BENEFIT TO THE CITY The specific purpose of this amendment is to reallocate Community Development Block Grant funds from the 2015-2016 ADA Compliance -Curb Ramps and Sidewalk Improvements activity to the 2015-2016 Camera and Light Installation at Domenic Massari, William J. McAdam, and Melville J. Courson Parks activities. The 2015-2016 Camera and Light Installation at Domenic Massari, William J. McAdam, and Melville J. Courson Parks activity provides improvements including the purchase and installation of cameras, LED Lights and the required infrastructure at the City facilities located at Domenic Massari Park 37716 55th Street East, William J. McAdam Park 38115 30th Street East, and Melville J. Courson Park 38226 10th Street East, Palmdale. Activity funds to be reprogrammed from: Program Year Activity Funds to be Reprogrammed FY 2015-16 ADA Compliance -Curb Ramps and Sidewalk Improvements $50,000 Total Reprogrammed Funds: $50,000 To the following activity: Program Year Activity Estimated funding FY 2015-16 Camera and Light Installation at Domenic Massari, William J.
