PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF PALMDALE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES DEPARTMENT A PUBLIC HEARING TO OBTAIN CITIZEN INPUT ON COMMUNITY NEEDS, AND PUBLIC COMMENT FOR THE PROPOSED 2016-2017 CDBG AND HOME ACTIVITIES AND EXPENDITURES. ln compliance with the City's approved Citizen Participation Plan, and with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME lnvestment Partnership Program (HOME) implementing regulation 24 CFR 91.105, notice is hereby given to the general public that the City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on March 2,2016 at 38300 Sierra Highway, Suite B, Palmdale, CA to obtain citizen input on the community needs and to hear public input concerning the use of 2016 CDBG and HOME funds for the Draft 2016 Action Plan, and proposed 2016-2017 CDBG and HOME activities and expenditures.
