Household size/gross income 1 / $18,250; 2 / $20,850; 3 / $23,450; 4 / $26,050; 5 / $28,150; 6 / $30,250 The City of Palmdale and Valley Oasis Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) Program can provide up to 1 year of rental assistance for qualified applicants. The TBRA Program starts August 2, 2016 at 8 am. To be added to the wait list please call 661/434-8527 (phone calls only please) No calls will be taken prior to August 2nd at 8 am. What happens next? A wait list will be established, applications will be released based on the wait list, and applications will be processed in the order received.
