Palmdale Blvd. Greene’s The Power and the Glory is a tale of a priest on the run from anti-clericalism in Mexico. The Classics Book Club meets on the fourth Monday of every month from 7 to 8 pm. New members are welcome to attend. The Palmdale City Library is open seven days a week. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 8 pm; Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm; and Sunday from 1 to 5 pm.
