Policy must be a minimum of $1,000,000. • $720.00 non-refundable street use fee, plus traffic control fees and 5% GIS Fee. Once the application is received it will be sent for necessary approvals. If approved, a permit will be issued. Approximate time frame for processing is 3 - 4 weeks.
