PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF PALMDALE DEPARTMENT OF NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES NOTICE OF NON-SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT TO THE CITY’S NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM 2008-2009 ACTION PLAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to concerned members of the public that the City of Palmdale, California, has amended the Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2008/2009 Action Plan. AMENDMENT The City of Palmdale Department of Neighborhood Services has submitted an amendment to reprogram program income to the activities Redevelopment – Acquisition, Rehabilitation (2008- 009), and Program Administration, to reprogram funds from Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Disposition of Vacant Units (2008-001) and Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Disposition of Vacant Units 50% AMI (25%) (2008-002) to Redevelopment – Acquisition, Rehabilitation (2008-009), and revise proposed accomplishments for NSP activities. PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT When a non-substantial change is proposed to any of the programs, projects or activities previously approved by HUD, the public must be notified of the change(s). BENEFIT TO THE CITY The specific purpose of this amendment is to reallocate Neighborhood Stabilization Program Grant program income funds to the Redevelopment – Acquisition, Rehabilitation (2008-009) and Program Administration (2008-005); to reprogram from Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Disposition of Vacant Units (2008-001) and Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Disposition of Vacant Units 50% AMI (25%) (2008-002) to Redevelopment – Acquisition, Rehabilitation (2008-009); and revise proposed accomplishments.
