Applications are still being accepted for the new Courson Arts Colony East (CAC East) and Courson Arts Colony West (CAC West), currently under construction at 931 East Ave. Q-12. CAC East and West will offer artists and families a permanent place to live, create and thrive in the Antelope Valley. The apartment community features art-focused amenities such as a ground-floor art gallery, digital art space, flexible art creation space, dance studio, outdoor paseo and an outdoor amphitheater. About CAC Located in the heart of Palmdale, CAC East and West is an affordable apartment community for individuals and families.
