WHERE: 4611 East Avenue S, Palmdale WHO: Palmdale Mayor Jim Ledford; Palmdale City Councilmembers and staff; local Chambers of Commerce; and Waffle Kitchen staff. BACKGROUND: Waffle Kitchen is a sister restaurant to Primo Cafe in Lancaster, but has expanded the menu with a variety of waffles and pizza. Breakfast is served all day. Full bar is coming soon. Grand opening will feature ribbon cutting at noon, live radio remote with Old School 93.5 radio station on site from 2 to 4 pm, and giveaways including cups with logo and raffles for: 1st Place: TV; 2nd Place : laptop; 3rd Place: tablet.
