WHO: Palmdale Mayor Jim Ledford; Palmdale City Councilmembers; Palmdale School District Superintendent Raul Maldonado; Community Programs Coordinator Trish Jones BACKGROUND: The City of Palmdale and the Palmdale School District are partnering to present a free summer lunch program for the third year. Free lunch will be provided to everyone 18 years and younger at eight sites throughout the city. Members of the media will have the opportunity to sample the lunches that will be offered.
