FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CITY OF PALMDALE NEWS RELEASE CONTACT: John Mlynar PHONE: 661/267-5115 DATE: November 9, 2017 America’s Job Center of California to Host Job Recruitment for Planet Fitness PALMDALE – The America’s Job Center of California (AJCC), formerly the South Valley WorkSource Center, located at 38510 Sierra Highway in Palmdale, will host a job recruitment on Wednesday, Nov. 15 and Thursday, Nov. 16 from 9 am to 12 noon for Planet Fitness for their Palmdale and Lancaster locations. All shifts are available. Responsibilities for these positions include greeting members, prospective members and guests; providing exceptional customer service; handling front desk related activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, signing up new members, taking prospective members on tours of facility and facilitating needed updates to members’ accounts; and other duties as required. Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years old, have an upbeat personality and positive attitude and preferably a customer service background.
