FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CITY OF PALMDALE NEWS RELEASE CONTACT: John Mlynar PHONE: 661/267-5115 DATE: June 18, 2018 Participate in World’s Largest Swim Lesson, Get Free Pass to DryTown PALMDALE – The City of Palmdale’s recreation & culture department’s aquatics division is joining forces with the nation's top water safety and training organizations to present The World's Largest Swimming Lesson™ (WLSL), at 9 am on Thursday, June 21 at DryTown Water Park, located at 3850 E. Ave. S. The swimming lesson is free and open to ages 1 through 16. Participants will receive a free admission ticket to DryTown Water Park good anytime during the 2017 season. Participants should arrive to the location at 8:30 am, as the maximum capacity is 200 people. The lesson starts at 9 am and all participants must be ready to begin on time. Children under the age 4 must be accompanied in the water by a parent or guardian.
