FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CITY OF PALMDALE NEWS RELEASE CONTACT: John Mlynar PHONE: 661/267-5115 DATE: February 8, 2018 Youth Coaches Pitch Registration Ends February 15 PALMDALE – The City of Palmdale’s youth coaches pitch program is accepting registrations through Feb. 15. Young ballplayers develop skills and self-esteem in this fun and educational program. The program is designed for ages 7 through 10. The fee is discounted to $70 for Palmdale residents and $87.50 for non-residents, and includes weekly practice, an eight game schedule, jersey, cap, picture package and trophy. The games will begin Saturday, April 14 and run through June 9. Practices are held at McAdam Park located at 38115 30th St. East, and Best of the West Softball Complex, located at 2723 Rancho Vista Blvd. Games will be held at the Best of the West Softball Complex. Coaches will determine practice day and time. Registration is available online at www.PlayPalmdale.org or the recreation and culture office at 38260 10th Street East, Mondays through Thursdays from 7:30 am to 6 pm.
