ENGINEERING DIVISION ENGINEERING RELEASES CHECKLIST REQUIREMENTS ROUGH GRADING RELEASE • Rough Grade inspection release from the City’s Public Works inspector for building or residential lot pads. • Signed and sealed original compaction report from the Soil Engineer-of-Record of the project, which meets City and Geotechnical Report requirements. • Signed and sealed original certification form from the Engineer-of-Record and the Soils Engineer-of-Record of the project. See City website for “Engineered Grading Consultant Statement” form or contact the office for a copy. • Drainage impact fees paid in full for the project. If applicable. FINAL GRADING RELEASE • Final Grade inspection release from the City’s Public Works inspector for the building or residential lots. • Signed and sealed original certification form from the Engineer-of-Record of the project. See City website for “Engineered Grading Consultant Statement” form, or contact the office for a copy. • Submit a copy of the Landscape ‘Certificate of Completion’ signed by the certified irrigation auditor and City’s Public Works inspector for each individual residential lot or commercial project.
