WHEN: Saturday, November 18 WHERE: SAVES, 1002 East Ave. Q-12, Palmdale. (Best photo op: 10:30 am.) Activities will include holiday basket prep, donation sorting and gift bag assembly. A group of volunteers will also be working on the landscaping outside SAVES as a show of gratitude for the help they received from SAVES when they were homeless. Poncitlán Square, 38315 9th St. East, Palmdale – (Best photo op: 1 pm.) Participants will help prepare the Square for the Dec. 16 “American Classic Christmas” by hanging lights, painting and assembling props.
