An Initial Study was prepared for the original project, CUP 13-012, which was approved by the City Council on January 8, 2014, but expired on January 8, 2017. The City Council adopted the Mitigated Negative Declaration, in which mitigation measures were applied to the project, mitigating any potential impacts to a level of insignificance. It was concluded that minor changes to the originally approved project are proposed, and the previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration addresses the new project. As such, no further documentation is required.
