FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CITY OF PALMDALE NEWS RELEASE CONTACT: John Mlynar PHONE: 661/267-5115 DATE: July 18, 2017 Seventh Switch to Bring Diverse Powerhouse Music to Domenic Massari This Thursday PALMDALE – The City of Palmdale’s free “Music in the Parks” continues this Thursday, July 20, at Domenic Massari Park, 37716 55th St. East, with a diverse offering of music by Seventh Switch from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Seventh Switch is a powerhouse band from Palmdale that performs with amazing musical diversity, energy, and party tone like no other. They touch at least 10 different genres of music in every show including classic rock, cumbias, rock en Español, country, reggae, disco/funk, calypso, rockabilly, Tex-Mex, 80's and more. Attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair to sit on. Attendees may bring food and non-alcoholic beverages. Food trucks featuring Kona Ice and Izzy’s Taco House will also be available on site. “Music in the Parks” takes place every Thursday evening from 5:30 to 7:30 pm, now through August 17, alternating between Poncitlán Square, 38315 9th St. East and Domenic Massari Park. The musical line up will feature some long time popular groups in the Antelope Valley. The schedule features: Thursday, July 27 – Boulevard Knights – Latin Rock Location: Poncitlán Square ---PAGE BREAK--- Food Trucks: TBD Thursday, August 3 – Black Tie Affair – Americana, Alternative, and Classic Rock with a pop sensibility.
