Southbound 25th Street West from Rancho Vista Boulevard to Avenue P-8 Intermittent No. 2 lane closures for landscape assessment district restoration. Rancho Vista Blvd. from 10th Street West to 30th Street West Intermittent lane and shoulder closures for utility company to enter various vault locations. Avenue Q & 20th Street East on the Northeast Corner Intermittent lane and shoulder closures for conduit installation 10th Street East, 9th Street East, Avenue Q-11 and Avenue Q-12 Intermittent street and lane closures for Courson Arts Colony offsite utility and street improvements. Avenue R and 40th Street East Intermittent lane and shoulder closures for the Guidance Charter School utility installation and street improvements. Expect delays. STREET CLOSURE WITH DETOUR 35th East will be closed to through traffic between Avenue Q-10 and Palmdale Blvd. Street closure with a detour in place. Work is being done for the installation of water, storm drain & street improvements for the Palmdale Aerospace Academy.
