Sixty (60) day minimum booking window. Primrose Room The Primrose Room offers a pleasant atmosphere for meetings, luncheons, dinner parties and receptions. Amenities include a serving counter and dumbwaiter access to the ballroom kitchen. The room will accommodate 40 people with seating at 30-inch round tables. Fourteen (14) day minimum booking window. Lilac Room Suitable for meetings, the Lilac Room will accommodate 50 people with theater-style seating or 30 classroom-style. Fourteen (14) day minimum booking window. Sage Room Ideal for smaller meetings, the Sage Room will accommodate 20 people. Fourteen (14) day minimum booking window. Joshua Room The Joshua Room is used for recreation programs, instructional classes and occasional meetings. It will accommodate 40 people with theater-style seating or 30 classroom-style.
