Robert shared the most current sponsor spreadsheet. Courtney will update Robert of any new sponsors. Revised bid letter sent out for announcers. Michelle will ask for volunteers to head up the flag girls, security, hospitality, and playday. Total food vendors: 2 with food & drink, 1 with drinks only. The number of retail vendors will be determined after Scot and Robert measure area. The last day of presale tickets will be September 14 at midnight. 9.
