I TOWN OF PAHRUMP RESOLUTION NO. 2018-06 2 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF PAHRUMP TO ESTABLISH A CHECKING ACCOUNT THROUGH NEVADA STATE BANK 3 4 WHEREAS, on May 22, 2018 the Nye County Comptroller/Town of Pahrump Finance Director 5 requested that the Nye County Board of County Commissioners (Board) authorize the establishment of a 6 checking account for the Lakeview Golf Course; and 7 WHEREAS, the Board finds that sufficient cause exists to justify the opening of said checking 8 account. 9 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Nye County Board of County Commissioners 10 as follows: 11 1. The Nyc County Comptroller/Town of Pahrump is hereby authorized to establish a checking 12 account with Nevada State Bank, for the purpose of depositing such fees, remittances and 13 other funds which that the Lakeview Golf Course is authorized and required to collect. 14 2. All checks written on the said checking account shall be signed the Nyc County 15 Comptroller/Town of Pahrurnp Finance Director and the Nye County Treasurer. 16 This Resolution shall become effective immediately. 17 APPROVED this 22nd day of May, 2018. 18 NYE COUNTY ATTEST: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: 19 20 , 21 J Koenig, Chairman Sandra .
